Dr. Jarrett "Ryan" Moses, DBA, is a distinguished leader, educator, logistics expert with over two decades of experience in high-performing organizations. His extensive background encompasses roles in executive level education & leadership development, public administration, program management, logistics & supply chain management, acquisition life cycle management, operational strategy, and team building. Ryan has consistently enhanced processes and efficiency across diverse organizational cultures, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to both people and results.
Ryan is a former United States Army and Joint Qualified Officer, where he previously served in various leadership positions at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels during his career to include the G4, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, United States Army Europe; J4, Chief of Logistics and Ballistic Missile Defense Asset Management Division, Joint Functional Component Command – Integrated Missile Defense, United States Strategic Command; as well as Commander, Support Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, National Training Center.
Dr. Moses previously served as a Senior Lecturer of Logistics Institutional Capacity Building with the Institute for Security Governance, Defense Security Cooperation Agency. In that capacity, he taught and worked with Allied & Partner Nations, focusing specifically on logistics & acquisition life cycle management from a public administration and civil-military relations perspective. Prior to that posting, Dr. Moses served as an Assistant Professor of Defense Strategy, Acquisition, Resourcing, and Strategic Leadership at the Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy, National Defense University, Washington, D.C. He continues to remain active within international academic and policy spheres of influence, serving as a curriculum developer that collaborates in partnership with the Center for Joint Strategic Logistics (CJSL) at the National Defense University (NDU) and the George C. Marshall Center Partnership for Peace (PfP) Consortium in support of the NATO Defence Education Enhancement Program.
